In my experiences, some quite anxiety ridden, I learned how to hope, become humble enough to ask for help, reframe my thoughts, pray, and mostly let go. But often, my nervous system wasn’t always cooperating. Deep down, I still felt like a wanderer in my work, relationships, and within myself. Some call that grasping or “white knuckling it.”
Now, as my spiritual path deepens, I am learning a much deeper level of discernment. For me, it’s the missing piece, serving as a great addition to the tools mentioned above. breakthroughs can happen fast!
The positive results have been many: conviction, confidence, and peace being the most profound!
